I think the problem is moving a file belonging to one admin to a folder belonging to the other. Suffice it to say that such a problem turns the daily routine of your PC into a nightmare, as you cannot use your files, folders, or applications and therefore cannot work. You should only use Windows 2000 or newer utilities to maintain your disks. Losing control of your computer is undoubtedly frustrating.
